Our first event is the starting point. We want the welcome to keep working for Woodhall Spa long after the day itself.

We are a not-for-profit unincorporated association with Woodhall Spa at the heart of our purpose.
Our funds and any surplus support our community purpose and future activities. The Chair, Secretary and Treasurer serve in unpaid roles, with spending approved and recorded under our constitution.
We want events to complement the village’s character and its existing businesses. The variety of independent shops, food and drink, services and places to stay is part of what makes a visit here worthwhile.
A welcoming event also means listening. We aim to bring together residents of different ages, families, visitors, volunteers and local organisations. Accessibility, safeguarding where relevant, permissions, insurance and risk assessments are considered as each event develops. If you have an idea, a practical concern or an access requirement, tell us early.
For our first Christmas event, stall pitches are free, subject to application approval. That is one practical way to invite traders to take part while we plan a suitable mix of stalls and available space. Arrangements for future events, including any stall fees, will be announced for each event.
