YOUR LOCAL NOT-FOR-PROFIT EVENTS GROUPWOODHALL SPA, LINCOLNSHIRE

YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR TALENT. YOUR VILLAGE.

There’s a place
for you here.

Help us bring more people to Woodhall Spa and create events the village can be proud of. Choose the form that fits what you would like to offer.

01

BUSINESSES, COMMUNITY GROUPS & NEIGHBOURS

Help shape
what happens here.

For people with ideas, time, skills or support to share — whether you run a business or want to help as an individual.

Business & volunteer registration

Tell us about you.

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The Woodhall Spa business or organisation you represent.
  • How you would like to help: ideas, volunteering, promotion, sponsorship or practical support.
  • Your interest in Christmas, future events or both, and your availability.

Individual volunteer? Write “Independent volunteer” in the business or organisation field.

Registration is free. Submitting the form does not agree a payment, sponsorship contribution or volunteering date. We’ll get in touch to discuss what could work.

Our plans also include proposed family heritage projects for 2027. If local history, storytelling, practical skills or community activities are your interests, tell us in the form. Explore the proposals.

02

SINGERS, MUSICIANS, CHOIRS, DANCERS & ENTERTAINERS

Bring your talent.
Find your audience.

Introduce your act for The Spirit of Christmas, future Forum events or both. We’d love to hear what you could bring.

Register your act

Help us picture your performance.

  • Your act’s name, performance type and number of performers.
  • A description of what you do and links that help us see or hear your work.
  • Your contact details, availability and event interests.
  • Your space, equipment and technical requirements, plus fees or expenses.

Registration is free and is an expression of interest. Performance fees, expenses, timings and any booking are agreed separately.

Please share useful links and practical requirements so we can consider where your act might fit. We’ll review your details and get back to you.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

A few useful
things to know.

Does registering make me a Forum member?

The form is an introduction and an expression of interest. Formal membership is open to people aged 18 or over who support our purpose and agree to the constitution. Membership is currently free. Applications go to the Secretary for committee consideration; each member has one vote. Tell us if you would like to apply and we’ll explain the next step.

Can I register in more than one way?

Yes. Use the form for each role that applies — for example, a stall application for trading and a business registration for offering wider support. Each form asks for different information.

What if I need to change my details?

Email David at davidscharles@hotmail.co.uk and quote your reference. You can also ask to withdraw an application.

How will my information be used?

Your information is used to review your application or registration and contact you about it. Registration details are kept privately and are not published. These forms do not subscribe you to general marketing. Each form explains how information is handled before you submit it.

I’m unsure which form to use. Can I speak to someone?

Of course. Contact David using the details below. Tell him briefly what you would like to do, and he can point you towards the right next step.
